Avis is useless

Avis is inefficient. I waited for more then 30 minutes to get my car at the Cape Town Airport. Apparently they had to retrieve it from a few km away. It should have been in the parking bay since I prebooked more than a week ago. No apology. The person just disappears from her desk and returns 30 minutes later. Completely unacceptable.
