AVIS is unreliable

Flexclub is an agent of Avis Budget and markets monthly car rental deals, I booked and paid for a vehichle, Upon collection at the Avis Montana branch in Pretoria I was told my name reflects as a rist and they cant release the vehichle, I requested the reason for this and they were not able to provide a reason, but they said it was around 2013... I then asked them to refund my money, From what I was told the transaction was canceled in order for me to be refunded between 3 to 5 working days. This happened on the 27th of August, it is now the 18th of September and no money was refunded. There has been numerous phone calls, emails and you are only allowed to phone the call centre, when you ask to speak with management you are blocked. Please think twice where you book your car from, hopefully this reaches an Executive at Avis
