Avis is ****ming people

I rented a car with avis and return it, but it's been 2 weeks waiting for my refund. They charged me R2900 for minor dents instead of the 460 waiver i need to pay. Called them many times and they keep on promising to fix it but they still invoiced me the wrong amount
