Avis Car rental : CENTURION BRANCH: From the date i booked thee car. 1. They did not have cars under Group M , opted for a downgrade Group D Toyota starlet, The car had a fault / NOT WORKING RIGHT INDICATER! 2. exchanged after a day to a Toyota urban cruiser This one had a slow puncher, 3. Got a call from one of the agents on the 3rd November advising that the Urban Cruiser has a faulty tracker I has to come and exchange . Was exchanged to a Nissan Magnite with WORN OUT BREAK PADS !!

The level of negligence and 0 customer car in that branch its polling. No one has a idea what the are doing.

To Top everything off i get a call advising that my rental term is over, where as I took a 31 day rental and it been 10 day of incompetence.
