Avis budget the worst company!

Avis Budget is one of the worst division to work with. Once they say send an email to the “tpclaims@avisbudget” mailing domain, just know you in for a rat race.

My car was smashed by one of the cars owned by Avis. Upon submitting a claim, I was asked to submit supporting documents which included doing some quotes. Avis went as far as having to dispatch an Assesor to check the car. You can imagine driving around requesting quotes and only to be ignored!

They now have everything they need to process the claim. But on follow ups I’m being pushed from one agent to another. What ****es me off is that they don’t even do some due diligence of checking the claim but just reply asking for documents that have already been submitted to them.

I’m struggling I can’t even drive to work because my car is in bad state.
