48 hours refund is a ****: please release my deposit

I rented a car with Avis, they took R2000 as a deposit. I returned the car 28th February 2023. To date I haven't received my refund.

I sent numerous emails & called as well but my money is still not released. Instead they debited my account on the 1st for tollgates. I keep on being told the money is released but that's not the case.

This has been a really frustrating experience.
