Your service was good, however your representatives needs to fair and honest when rendering service to your clients. Check on the system who help me. The guy misrepresented everything Espercially with regards to the authorisation hold

On Friday 29th of September I hired a car (Suzuki Dzire 1.2 GA MT with a registration number KX09PDGP) and brought it back on the 2nd of October. My rental fee was R2508 with all the waivers. I paid almost R1000 together with authorisation hold. I received the invoice entailed my rental cost since I have over used the kilometre and used tollgate. I received another email on the 06 of October detailing the balance of the authorisation hold that should be paid back to my account. From then to this date, the authorisation hold hasn't be transacted to my account. It is now more than 45 days. I highly recommended avis, however to thus far they showed me that they are like all this other rental companies.
