You have to fight to get your deposit back!

I've rented from Avis in Paarl a few times and every time the service is just terrible! I will never rent a car from Avis ever again! You phone to book the car, just to get there and hear that the amount will now be more than what was agreed on over the phone. This is the second time that I have to wait for my deposit to get returned. It's been 2 weeks already. Last time I had to contact them to notify them about it and now again? I wonder how much money they have "gathered" from clients that has not even noticed that they didn't receive the deposit back. I'm waiting yet again for them to return my call...
