On the 24th November 2021 I rented a vehicle from Avis Mondeor Jhb. I returned the vehicle on the 3rd December 2021 in the same condition I received it in. I was told that it would take 7 business days to get my deposit back. I went to the branch 10 business days later and was told the funds have reversed back to my credit card and was told the same old **** story alot of people get told. "IT WON'T REFLECT ON THE STATEMENT, BUT IT WILL SHOW ON THE AVAILABLE AMOUNT ON THE CREDIT". One consultant told me that the deposit gets reversed only after the rental vehicle is returned. The other consultant told me it was refunded before I got the vehicle back. So how is it possible to refund a deposit before the vehicle is returned. They are very unprofessional and inconsistent. Until this day I haven't received my deposit back. Becoming rich through lies!
