Wrongfully billed For E-TOLL
On the 10th of November 2022 my insurance iwyze arranged for me to collect a courtesy car from AVIS and I returned it on the 06th of December 2022, I got it from AVIS Nelspruit D/town branch and I also returned it at the same location. To my surprise when I got my invoice on the 08th of December 2022 I was told I owe E-TOLL, yet I have never been out of Mpumalanga and we do not have E-TOLL in Mpumalanga. So I would really appreciate it if AVIS can rectify their mistake and also explain how I got billed for E-TOLL while I have never driven out of Mpumalanga. My reservation number was ***5ZA2

I honesty feel like your not taking me serious, I mean I had to pay for something I didn't do because of your members negligence and on top of that I am the one that needs to spend more money on data and airtime trying to resolve your mistakes
