Wrong information/ bad service

I rented a car from Avis last week wednesday and returned it on Thursday morning 5am, I still haven't received my deposit back, when you phone lanseria they do not even ask your your id number to check it, first it was 24 hours I need to wait then it was 4 days now it's 7days! This is poor service and poor information. I will never hire a car from them again!
