Would not recommend

My insurance arranged this rental for me and I was originally told that the rental was until 21 July 2023. That was later extended to 22 July 2023.

While I was away, I received a sms saying that my contract was reduced until 20 July 2023 and the car should be in by 15:31. I then cut my trip short and got the car back around 14:30 to Avis Menlyn. I was then told that I would be charged extra because the car was supposed to be back at 08:30, despite the sms saying 15:11 - happy to send evidence.

I spoke to the manager who said this would be waived and when I received my invoice, I see that I have been charged for this amount. Please contact me urgently.
