Worste car renyal

1 star review is too much for avis. They cheated me of my money. They charged me for a damage that I did not cause. They gave me a vehicle I did not request and the lady that assisted only mentions that after I swiped my card. She took 2 deposits for a group c vehicle. As for the damage that I was accused of inflicting, quote was done on 19.06.2024. My first deposits was deducted for the damages which again was not on me and was refunded after 3 weeks. My second deposit was refunded 23.07.2024. I will not be using Avis any more. Worste service ever.
