Worst service of all time. Failed to follow up severally times

Just to Prove how pathetic Avis’s service is… I haven’t had my query resolved since the beginning of the month. They only responded just to stall and act as of they were working on my query. I need my money and you have to pay me now!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 why take my money when you cannot pay it back. Your service is pathetic and poor. You even have technology to assist you with your services but you still cannot manage to provide excellence. Thumbs down from me, 0 stars. Pay back my money now!
