Worst Service I’ve had from Avis

Avis PTA Central. Worst service ever at any Avis or car rental I’ve been to. I’m appalled. Car was booked for pick up at 10am. Colleague dropped me off, asked if the car was ready and was told yes. After 10 minutes was now told oh sorry we don’t have cars. This is after searching 3 branches for an available vehicle. Now I’m being ignored and asked to sit and just wait.
