I received the worst service ever from Avis Sunninghill in South Africa. I wanted to exchange a vehicle that was not driving properly. A lady called Nthabiseng was assisting me. She behaved in the most bizarre manner I have ever seen from a customer facing person. She refused to have the vehicle exchanged even after her colleagues offered to have the vehicle exchanged. She went to the extent of deleting my contact number on the system and pretending that she could not reach me on the phone. This notwithstanding that Avis had communicated with me on the same number before. It took about two weeks to finally get the car exchanged and I had to pay extra for a different class model.
