Worst service ever

I rented a car from avis with a free cancelation policy and when i arived to colect the car at lanceria i was treated poorly and the man behind the counter refused to phone the manager and told me he would refund me a month later and numerous calls still no refund and they want to only refund half the cash as they said i dit not show up but at first they said the car was released in my name! Poor service and terable people working there with no respect or people s****s left me alone at an airport with a baby of 1 at midnight
