Worst service ever!!!!!
We did a booking on the 25th of January for a H1 bus from the 28th of February till 3 March. When we came to Avis at King Shaka Airport to collect the vehicle.......nothing was available. Firstly they came with stories about there is a mix up with the keys......later we were told there is no bus for us. After waiting for more than an hour, a miracle happen, they found a Mercedes bus for us. The lady promised me that upon return the child car seat will be refunded to me within 48hrs.............Today is the 12th of March and still NO refund!!!!!!

Then we received this:
Rental Agreement Number : ********** 61
Toyota Quest 1.6 Man
Why would I get a Toyota Quest if we received the Mercedes Vito bus.........6 adults + 1 child
Clearly AVIS doesn't know what they are doing!!!!!!!!
