WORST SERVICE EVER

I was double billed for using the same vehicle, even though i was explicitly told that this would not happen!!!<br> <br> I was the contacted by a Rhode, supervisor working late shift on 14 Dec 2015, who ensured me that they would rectify the issue, and contact me first thing on 15 Dec 2015 to confirm this.<br> <br> OBVIOUSLY, NO call and NO rectification.<br> <br> Phoned back and speak to multiple people, but still now REAL HELP, and stil NOT resolved<br> <br> WORST service ever!!!
