Worst Service ever

i have tried calling Avis multiple time with regards to a 2nd debit order which went of my account. I was always promised a dispute will be opened and they will cc me in the email, up to date i have received no email and every time i call back i get the response that they can not pick up who i interacted with previously. i had booked a weekend away and hired a vehicle in JHB, i padi in full the amount previously and when i get there i just get asked to sign a document which will be sent to me and was not read out or explained to me as i would only get to read it when i returned on back to work. I was debited of for petrol and car cleaning service when i had filled up a full tank of petrol and even took a picture before returning the vehicle and the car was not even used as it was parked in my hotel undercover, i asked the guy when returning if everything was in order and he acknowledged and said that everything if fine and he noted that a full tank of fuel was there and the car was clean so no extra charges were needed and only for me to find out they debited me again for cleaning and fuel. I had never had this experience from the branch in CPT.
