Worst Service

NO SERVICE!! At first my card was charged twice. Then they collected my rental car I forgot a cover that came of the rear wiper but returned it the next day to the Lephalale branch as arranged. I phone 3 times Yesterday to inform them after they keep sending messages the car hasn’t been returned yet. But they already collected the car on Friday.

They phoned me this morning again to ask when will I send the rear wiper cover????!!!!!!!!! There is absolutely no communication at that branch!!!!
