Worst service

I returned avis rental car on the 17th of April 2025, was told it will take 7 to 10 days to get refund till date nothing

I call avis daily for an update I was told they do not know where they've put my receipt for refund , I wanted for another 5 days yes still.nothing when I call in the consultant told me he has forgotten and now he told me this for the second time

Today I wanted for more than 20min on a call but nothing worst service I have ever experienced in my life
