WORST RENTAL AGENCY TO WORK WITH
Avis Car Rental is honestly the worst company i have ever had to deal with!!
They always put you on hold, never call back, puts the phone down and does not respond to emails. I received a vehicle from them on the 19 December 2021 and returned it exactly the way it was given to me on the 19 January 2022.
Theyare rude, unprofessional. The one guy says something to me and yet another one says different.
Iv been told to email my complaint, im still waiting on its return.
Iv had another email asking about my banking info and yet i am still waiting.
Dont ever deal with them as the promises they made go out of the window as if it never happened

Further more i spoke to the gentleman about how my earing fell into the car due to the gap by the radio. No one has answered my questions. No one accepts my calls or emails. The lack communication is disappointing as well as me having to go on social media just to get a sufficient and efficient response to what is actually happening

01 Feb 2022, 17:02You are extremely incorrect i have photos, signatures and i read the contract. I am owed R2000 because your team messed up. I have photos and have read the contract. If you can not sort this out then i will continue to show how bad this mess up is. You can calll me if you like however this communication with your business is terrible

01 Feb 2022, 17:14Your consultant went through all the dings and scratches on the windshield, doors, wheels and most of all he acknowledged that i would get my R2000 as well as the consultant that retrieved the car

The vehicle was not returned with a full tank hence you were billed for the petrol charge. You opted for the windscreen tyre damage waiver when you collected the vehicle.
