Worst experience ever....
Worst experience of my life 1. The phones where not going through on the 07 June 2023 (****** cables) 2. I get a manual car, spoke to the insurance to upgrade. the insurance people could not get hold of them. 3. After I returned the car expecting them to pay back the deposit - They Charged me R 1806,00 (meaning they stole my money)

30 Jun 2023, 11:52I went to the Avis Grand Central Airport, the lady that I spoke to there said they will send an email to the bank to relies the money into my bank account.
When I call the call center they tell me that I owe money because there is an invoice on my name.
I have been trying to get hold of the manager (Madioke Tryphinah Rankoe) since yesterday
- at first I was told she went to a Memorial service.
- then another agent to me she is looking at my query and would call me back (which she did not)
-Today (30/06/2023) I have been on hold for 30 min waiting to speak to a manager
This get worst by day. I have never been treated like this and will never use this company ever in my life.
The company I am working for is using them, I will advise that they never use Avis ever again
