Worst ever service

I paid a cash deposit on the 19 of October 2020 the 20 th i returned the car . It has been 20 days that i have strugeld to get my deposit refund .The vryheid branch promised to let me know what is happening butt never got back to me they said the money must be paid by their head office .u even have emails where they said money wil be paid on the 4th butt i still did not got any money.This is realy the worst service i have ever experience .
