Worst Ever

If there was something below 1, I would give that. I do not know why this rental company is still being used. I have wasted so much time requesting a tax invoice but I am told that they can't provide tax invoice but a credit invoice. Spent hours on the line and the consultant pout me on hold until I eventually gave up. Being on hold for 45 minutes!
