Worst day of my life, I should be celebrating

The worst day of my life, I should be celebrating for my first car but nope. I bought a car at Avis car sales at 2 jakaranda street, Hennopspark, Centurion, 0157 The sales guy is William Nkuna On the 28/12/2020 I went to sign the contract at the bank at 11:30 I finished at 11:50 I went to Avis to collect my car. William was not there I waited for an hour and couple minutes. The was a lady who tried to assist me while we waiting for William. Even when his back he didn't apologize or anything he just acted normal that everything is fine. I managed to calm myself down. I acted professional as I know how to handle a person. I a service advisor myself I understand a customer. I waited for my car until 15:30 since 11:40. My car still today no tracker still waiting. No license disk or permit. I don't know what would have I done yesterday if traffic cops stopped me. I have emailed William today early in the morning asking about the disk, he just said to me I apologize can you please come at lunch time. Tell me how must I drive the car without the disk from were I am to Centurion.

Im so drained... If I could I was gonna cancel everything. I won't recommend anyone to Avis especially at Centurion to William. This is not how a customer should be treated.
