Worst company ever
Never book any cars with Avis - I got in a accident that was not my fault. The 3rd party admitted fault and has insurance but I still have to pay for everything. BIGGEST ******** IN SA

When a third party is involved our Claims department will handle the claim. As the renter, you are responsible for the liability amount. If our Claims department can recover the funds from the third party, then the necessary refund is processed by our Claims department.

No insurance company pays out after they have received payment from the 3rd party - it is your responsibility to get the money from the 3rd party not mine. I was standing still at a red robot and someone drove into me, clearly you do not put your clients first. I'll advise everyone to never use your company for anything
