Worst Car Renting Company

I am so disappointed and mostly frustrated with the Avis Car Renting branch in King Williams Town Eastern Cape. I was using a courtesy car Ford Figo as my car was with the repairs. I returned the car in great condition on the 14th of August 2020 and I was promised my refund of R1797 in 7 days and now it is two months later and I am still being given the run around. I logged a query with their Customer Service department and they came back requesting for a agreement contract, which I fail to understand as they have all the documentation. I see now I am pushed to the edge as I am given the run around.

I am considering going to the Ombudsman, maybe they will assist me in getting my money.
