WORST CAR RENTAL SERVICE AVIS!!!

I worked for a competitor rental company for many years and was unfortunate enough to not be able to secure a vehicle due to availability therefore utilized Avis's car hire service-1st and last time.after trying to get ahold of the bruma branch for more than 30 min i had no choice but to call the call centre. I merely needed to extend my rental and needed to know what the new cost would be for the rental period and the agent tells me I will see when it comes she can only see the new holding amount.i however had extended on Wednesday until Friday and was quoted the new rental and holding amount so this baffled me.i persisted with the question and the lady maintains she cannot see, she then goes onto state 'I always call and speak rudely to her' MY GOD THIS IS THE 1ST TIME I EVER CALLED LET ALONE USED AVIS! I TELL THIS LADY THIS AND SHE GOES ONTO SAY NO ITS YOU SO I REPLY CHECK MY DETAILS HISTORY. I ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND SHE STATES ALL ARE OUT AND I CAN SPEAK TO A COLLEAGUE.
