Worst car rental company! Money ********s!!

Avis Cape Town International Airport branch is the same category as Eskom. They lie through their teeth, with no evidence. I have laid several complaints, called and sent emails. There is a very poor response and no on is willing to help because they are all in it! I hired a car, there was absolutely no inspection. I trusted their services, as I have been a long standing client of Avis. Upon returned I've been billed almost double the amount for damages that were there before collection. I have asked for footage of when the car was collected. The fuel tank was also not full. They are a bunch of **** artists!! Do not use this provider at all! They take any opportunity to charge you unnecessarily. They still have not given me a statement for the detailed charges! They haven't given me a summary of the investigation! I need to go onto social media to try and get a response, 3-5 days is overdue if the complaint was sent two weeks ago. There's no sense of urgency when it comes to other people's money.
