Worst Car Rental Company

<p>Why is it so that the consumer has to be penalized by Avis SA I'll equipped trained managers and staff? On three occasions over the past month we have hired cars from three different Avis Centres. In all three instances their militant managers have deducted in some instances double deposits claiming it was an error on their behalf. In three instances we were assured that our deposits will be refunded. To date we are still waiting on close on 14k deposits. Their social media team, customer care team including management has such inferior knowledge to determine an outcome that it is disappointing and alarming to deal with this company.</p>
