Worst Car Hire Experience

Worst experience hiring from the Midrand Grand Central Airport branch. After returning their car on time as per my booking, they **********ly charged me an extra day

What is worst, is that this company held on to my hiring deposit for over 2 weeks even after I called to request they release my funds. I informed their call center to log a dispute about being charged an extra day, was told dispute will be logged but a week later found out their call center did not even log the dispute for me.

While holding on to my money, the company still went on to my account and charged me MORE MONEY, without taking the time to return what THEY OWE ME!!!
