Worse service ever
The last time I hired an AVIS car was in May. This month in October I’m October they debited my credit card. I have been calling and sending emails and I’m not getting any help. I was told it a traffic fine but they are failing to give me the proof of that fine.
According to my knowledge if there’s a fine I was supposed to be notified.

When we receive a traffic fine from the Traffic department. Our team sends an SMS or email to inform you that a traffic fine administration fee will be billed for the fine.
