Worse service ever!
I rent a car for 7 MONTHS with AVIS in Sandton and I brougth the car back on friday. They found a little (tiny) scratch that is almost under the car and that is under one cm. They want to charge me now for the damage but this happened in a normal driving use. Also, regarding the service, they invoiced me a GPS for three months that I have never had. Two months ago they invoiced me twice the price of the rent just like this.... People can make mistakes but when they are not irreproachable they better should be more comprehensive with their customers.
