Wonderful Service

<p>It is with great gratitude that I write this letter of thanks for arranging one of your vehicles to be used for my transportation whilst I was in Queenstown for the weekend. Booking was made on the same day and the amount of patients, understanding and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I got exactly what i wanted was exeptional. The branch was busy and i had to wait a while, but i did not mind asthe two gentlemen kept me informed and continuous engagement with me to ensure i was still fine. Watching them work tiresly as a team to ensure every customer walked out with a smile on theirface was so enriching and gave me more comfort that my needs would be met. They issued me with my car as quickly and effectively as they could, ensured i was clear on all the T&C and left the branch a different person than when i walked in. </p> <p>Your kindness is very much appreciated and should I ever have to hire a vehicle in the future, Avis Rental will be my absolute car hire of preference. </p> <p>Nothing was a problem and in a minimal time i was on my way.
