Withholding my Funds

Kindly note a refund amount of R3961.03 was credited on the 15th of Sep and it usually takes a turnaround time of 7-10 business days for the amounts to reflect back into the account once the refund has been processed. I have received notification of an incoming deposit on my account, why is this pending between 1 and 10 days, the amount that need =ed to be deducted have, please supply me with my Auth code that i can have my bank clear my funds immediately. Thank you
