Will not use AVIS ever again

The worst service ever and a bunch of ******. I hired a car at the AVIS Strand branch for the weekend and was supposed to return it on the Monday. I called and asked to extend it for one extra which was approved by Kadengekho Tsotsa. The deducted an amnount of R842. Initially I paid just over R4200 and part of that was the R3000 refundable deposit. I was supposed to 200km free per day but I was told that I exceeded that amount by 195km. Which is impossible because set my trip and know that I did not drive that much plus I still had the 200km for the extra day. Long story short. It's almost two weeks and I have still not receivced my deposit one excuse after the next. Called the bank and they say the fund are still on hold.
