WHITE COLLAR ******S!!! DON'T TRUST THEM!
Overcharged me for a day of rental even though I did everything that I was told to and took the car to it's receiving branch within the advised timeframe.
Received a call from the branch manager at King Shaka airport on 16 Mar with a terrible sense of customer service and clearly a lack of understanding of the situation and its merits. I am still waiting for her requested email address from 16 Mar to further my disputed matter.

Please note at this stage the branch has refuted the matter with no proof provided to me to prove otherwise in respect to what your RSA said to me.
When you say that I was informed of the 1 day extension, please note I was only told of this after I enquired telephonically why my deposit was so much less than the original. It was never divulged to me at the time of dropping the vehicle off.
So until I am afforded the right to access this audio information, to which the branch manager has used to make her decision, I consider this matter as ********* and daylight *******.
