Worst service ever, these people make your life a living hell where they belong. I rented a car with Avis Kruger airport for about a week then took it back on the 28th of June 2021. Inspection of the car was done with two Avis stuff one of them being Chris and his colleague together with myself and my friend where everything was fine with the car. I missed a call hours later that day which I returned with no answer. The Chris guy call following day claiming I painted the car on the side which was never noted when we were inspecting the car, I asked for pictures which I got after I was billed. I then asked them for the tracking history because they claiming I painted the car which I never got. So they basically never returned an amount of about R2000 plus. Today the 3rd of August 2021, they just took R3617.01 from my account for no reason and without my approval whatsoever because I don’t owe them if anything they owe me yet still *****ing my money. I just want my money Avis!!!!??
