What a pleasure

I hired a car from Avis Secunda recently and what an experience. I was advised by people who have not had good experiences with Avis Johannesburg/Cape Town, to not use Avis, but I decided to give them a chance and I am glad I did. I was helped by a lady with the name Yolanda Clark from Secunda Mpumalanga. She was friendly and effiecent and patient as I had a lot of questions that I needed to answered as I did not want to sign something I was not sure of. She helped me a lot. I would most DEFINITELY make use of Avis again, hopefully there is a lady like Yolanda at every branch. Thank you Yolanda and thank you Avis
