Web site fiasco

<p>Avis has a new website, if this is anything to go by, sell your shares immediately!! The new web site is dysfuncional, even the call center staff don't know how to operate it. It is pretty but that is all. Please fix ASAP otherwise you are going to lose customers, simply because they cannot book simple car rentals!!!!!!!</p>
