Worst service ever experienced from a Car rental company in my many years of business. Not only did they **********ly take close on R40K as a deposit from Credit Card, but the fact that nobody can be contacted to explain or rectify their fault. Call Center is most unprofessional with more than 2 hours of unresolved spent on pathetic excuses. With Budget Rent a Car now in the same stable, wondering if such will fail very soon.
