Waiting for obscurity

<p>I returned a van rental on the 27/08/16 at the Glenkey Place nr 9, Aviation Crescent, Airport City, Cape Town.</p> <p>I'm still yet to be issued with my deposit and clearance of the deficit that incurred when they issued a second holding instead of revearsing.</p> <p>This has been a major constraint and obstacle to commence business for my clients as the above hasn't been resolved for the past three weeks.</p> <p>I've communicated through the necessary channels and have been informed to 'wait'.</p> <p>I find this obscure for should this incident be in their incurrence I don't reckon they'd wait.</p> <p>We nearing a new month and my business remains stagnant due to the deficit occurring in my favor.</p> <p>As an SME from Khayelitsha I question perhaps my geographical placement being the manner of approach thereof the latter. I don't necessarily have the liberty to wait over a month for two down payments and a clearing to done by their department.</p> <p>Hunger is impatient and needs to be resolved with effect.</p> <p>If this is the manner they operate and serve clients I question much that can only be felt by the immense grief I have towards the current.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm scheduled to shoot at a ****ing this weekend in JBH and find myself borrowing a vechile from a friend as an alternative due to cheque cards running in arrears because of the above.</p>
