Violation of consumer rights

<p>On the 14 December 2015 i went to Avis montana (pretoria) wanting to rent a Toyota Fortuner and i was assisted by the gentlemen by the name of Mike, The application went through and the sales advisor explained the terms and condition verbatim i quote"Avis will reserve an excess of R3900 excluding your rental payment in case God forbid the car got damaged you will forfeit the excess". I got an accident on the 16 December 2015 but the car was driveable, i then took the car to Avis montana and i was advised that Avis montana in a shortage of cars and i must go to Avis OR Tambo INT. When got to OR Tambo the requsted a case number and orded two white men who where very ****** and claimimg that they are police officers to evict me out of their premises saying i quote"their dont want me at thier Avis anymore and must go to EROUPCARS and the other car rental companies". I then left after few months i was called by the debt collecting company (MBDCS) wanting me to pay Avis R52129. Yesturday i was trying to open an account and i was advised that i was blacklisted by Avis. Please help!!</p>
