Very unprofessional

I called my insurance miway that my car was going to the panelbeaters for repairs following an accident Yesterday miway said that Avis was going to call me to collect a courtesy car but Avis did not call I called Avis today and asked them to deliver the car at my workplace and they said they cannot I can only get the car tomorrow or I should come to collect Miway paid for the Uber to take me to Avis on arrival I did not get the sedan even though they said I should come to collect I am still sitting here at Avis Mondeor waiting for the car this is unprofessionalism to the highest level
