VERY RUDE AND NOT WILLING TO HELP

My mom arrived a bit late to pick up a booked car rental....but it was still before closing time...only to be rudely chased away at Avis Montana. She lives far and spent all the money to drive so far only to be treated like that! Pathetic service!!
