Very Poor Service

Hi, i was in Bloemfontein last week and hire a vehicle of your for couple of days... it was very sad and disappointing to meet staff at the airport office who is so unwilling to help you in anyway. Then it comes down to the car and the condition of the car, it is pathetic to find a vehicle in the condition this car was in, dirty stained dusty marks all over the place. After me bring all this to the attention of the person checking out the car with me nothing was done. During the course of the day i decided to call the Avis help desk and advise them of this disappointment of mine, which was handled very well. It was decided to have the car changed, thank you for that.<br> However when the replacement car arrived and i walked around the car again, there was not much difference between the 1st car and the 2nd... to top it all off, even the fuel was not topped up properly. <br> <br> I am not hiring cars on my personal basis, i am part of a multinational company with office around the world. I think i need to suggest to my business of the poor service we get from Avis from time to time, if not all the time and decide to move along to another service provider that is willing to treat us fair.
