Very Poor Service

I rented a car from Avis Cape Town International Aiport, when i was returning the car the keys got locked in by accident. When i asked for assistance, they called a locksmith, who i was told would take 30min. Since i was late for my flight, i kept asking for further updates. The staff showed no care at all, they locksmith only arrived 2 hours later! Thereby missing my flight. I will never use Avis ever again!
