Very bad customer service

I am beyond disappointed with the service received at Avis Car Sale Randburg. I bought a car from them and traded in my old car. I had was told that the trade in amount would be paid into my account on Friday 4 September 2020. On the morning of the 4th I sent an email to the sales consultant Mbali Gumbi that had been assisting me with the sale of the new car. I enquired about the payment not reflecting into my account. She called me to say that the payment was still to be processed and would be paid into my account on the day. Around 2pm she called me to say that head office has a backlog and are unable to process the payment. She then transferred the call to another gentleman who was very rude and arrogant. He promised to call me back. I called back around 4:30pm and Mbali denied the conversation I had with the gentleman. I then requested Mbali’s manager to give me a call. Sipho told me that I need to send him an email to relay the story after I spent close to an hour on the phone with him. Today the money is still not in my account.
